SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

 

All Najma Cosmetics products are carefully formulated and inspected before shipping. We offer USPS First Class Mail (Est 2-5 days) and USPS Priority Mail (Est 1-3 days) shipping for US orders under 99 USD. US customers with orders over 99 USD enjoy free shipping via USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing and shipping of your order. You should receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

 

Non-US packages may ship via DHL, UPS, or USPS. Please note that all non-US customers may be subject to customs or import fees upon the delivery of their package.

Please note, that we are unable to advise on the cost of import fees and do not accept responsibility for these costs.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS

 

Hygiene and our customers' safety are of great importance to us. To ensure proper hygiene and avoid the resale of used products, Najma Cosmetics does not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. You can be confident that the products you receive from us are clean, new, and untampered.

Orders returned and addressed by shipping carriers as undeliverable will be subject to a redelivery fee and not eligible for a refund.

HOLIDAYS AND PEAK LAUNCHES

 

Orders experience longer processing times due to the holiday season and new launches. During these times, our processing time is 7-10 business days.

 

PACKAGES DAMAGED IN TRANSIT 

 

In the event that your package is damaged in transit, please email hello@najmacosmetics.com to request a replacement. We may request that you send the damaged item back to us. 

 

LOST IN TRANSIT 

 

Once packages leave our possession, shipping couriers determine the transit time. While transit time frames are usually accurate, they are just estimates. We allow up to 20 business days for domestic orders and 35 business days for international orders for couriers to deliver your package after it is picked up at our warehouse. In the rare event that your package is not delivered in this allotted time, you can request a reshipment or a refund. This courtesy is our way of protecting you from loss and absolving the courier's mistake. We truly appreciate your patience in confirming that the package is indeed lost. 

 

STOLEN PACKAGES

 

Najma Cosmetics does not assume responsibility for packages stolen after the courier's receipt of delivery. For added safety, please request signature upon delivery.
