      • Hold the Gua Sha Tool:

        • Hold the Gua Sha tool at a slight angle to your skin (usually 15-30 degrees) to avoid scraping it too harshly. You want to apply gentle pressure, not too hard.

      • Start at the Neck:

        • Neck Area: Begin at the base of your neck and work your way up with long, upward strokes. This helps to open up the lymphatic pathways before working on your face.
